Pear & Hazelnut Bran Muffins


You will need:

250grm dried pairs chopped

2cups processed bran cereal

2cups milk

1 1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar

2tblsp maple syrup

2 cups SR. Flour

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon caster sugar



Method:

Mix the pears, cereal, milk, brown sugar, maple syrup

in large bowl - cover & refrigerate over night

Preheat oven 180 or160 fan forced

Grease muffin tin

Sift flour into cereal mix add nuts - fold till combined

Divide into muffin tins

Bake 30 mins cool in tins 5 mins - sprinkle with cinnamon

and caster sugar
