On the 26th February a smaller group than expected visited Watsons Bay. The weather was fine and warm. The ferry trip on Sydney Harbour to Watsons Bay via Garden Island was enjoyable. When we arrived the group decided to walk together on the hour and half return walk to Hornby Light House on South Head. I road tested my new hip and survived the walk. We walked past Camp Cove and Lady Jane Beach (Nudist Beach). The view of the harbour was spectacular with lots of photos taken. The view at Lady Jane Beach proved to be interesting for other reasons. After the walk we all enjoyed a cool drink. Some said the beer was good. We all had a fish and chip meal at the Doyle's Hotel. We had a great day !
